Join Shiso Burger's dynamic team as an HR Manager in our central office in Berlin. As the contact person for personnel-related and labor law questions, you will coordinate and implement operational personnel work, develop HR processes, and support recruitment efforts.
Requirements
- Successfully completed business economics study with a focus on personnel or a comparable education and training.
- Several years of professional experience in personnel management with a focus on employee care.
- Safe handling of MS Office applications and IT systems in the HR area.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor law, social security law, and tax law.
- High sense of responsibility, teamwork, flexibility, resilience, and a structured and reliable working method.
- Outstanding reliability and discretion.
- Developed social skills and empathy.
- Communicative and convincing personality.
- Very good German and secure English knowledge (further foreign languages are a plus).
