Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Sales to build up our commercial department and drive deals forward. The role involves setting up sales structures, exploring new markets, building customer relationships, and translating market feedback into product and business decisions.
Requirements
- Conversations with management, technical and plant responsibilities
- Understanding technical requirements and translating them together with our team
- Building and developing customer relationships
- Structuring offers, following up on deals and bringing them to a close
- Setting up sales structures (CRM, pipeline, offer logic, account management)
- Exploring new markets and industries
- Building strategic partnerships with customers, sales partners, and technology partners
