Job Description
Shive-Hattery is seeking an experienced Senior Architect / Project Manager to join their Phoenix, AZ office and contribute to the growth of their national portfolio. This role requires a leader with 10-15 years of experience, a strong understanding of building systems, and a proven track record of business development. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients and team members to deliver complex projects and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of experience in architecture
- BS or MS degree in Architecture or equivalent education (or equivalent experience)
- Licensed Architect AZ (or ability to obtain)
- Proven track record of outward-facing business development
- Ability to lead design and project management of complex projects
- Understanding of architectural specifications, building codes, ADA requirements
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, SpecLink, and Microsoft Office
