Job Description
We are looking for an IT Associate to help power the team behind ShopBack, providing friendly, reliable, and efficient support to our team. The role involves setting up laptops and user accounts for new joiners, maintaining and managing IT equipment, and handling offboarding tasks.
Requirements
- A diploma or degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical operations role.
- Basic, hands-on knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, and other common tools like Google workplace, ticketing tools Jira, Zendesk or other ITSM tools.
- Familiarity with desktop and laptop hardware, and ideally, experience in a service desk or IT support environment.
