Creative Designer

We're looking for a Creative Designer to join our Regional Marketing team in Malaysia. You'll be part of a high-performing Creative team producing high-quality, conversion-driven artwork across digital, mobile/app, and offline channels.

Requirements

• Produce high-quality creative assets across digital and offline channels
• Develop campaign visuals that scale cohesively across formats and placements
• Execute adaptations and resizing with strong attention to composition
• Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines while meeting performance and commercial objectives
• Prepare artwork for large-format and print production
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors where needed
• Manage multiple projects of varying complexity while meeting tight timelines
• Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, Growth teams, and stakeholders
• Take ownership of tasks end-to-end with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail across typography, layout, imagery, spacing, and hierarchy
• Ensure creative is optimised for both platform requirements and real-world environments
