Job Description
ShopBack is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to take the company through its next phase of growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for scaling customer acquisition for one of ShopBack's newest and fastest-growing markets, combining analytical rigour with creative flair.
Requirements
- 4–6 years in growth, performance, or digital marketing, ideally in tech, e-commerce, or high-growth environments
- Experience scaling paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube)
- Data literate, able to use insights to drive optimisations and inform decisions
- Solid experience with budget management and Excel/Sheets
- A strong balance of analytical chops and creative spark; have worked closely with creative teams and/or creators to develop high-performing ads
- Track record of collaborating cross-functionally across creative, CRM, and business teams
