Marketing Associate

ShopBack is looking for a Marketing Associate to join their team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience in marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field and be fluent in English and Mandarin. The role involves coordinating and executing marketing communication materials across multiple platforms, partnering with internal teams, and analyzing website and campaign performance.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating content and managing social media channels
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across functions and with external partners
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills; comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Positive, agile attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
• Basic Excel skills are preferred
