Director, Pharmacy Services

As a Director, Pharmacy Services, you will lead the growth and expansion of strategic initiatives and innovative pharmacy services within Shoppers Drug Mart and Loblaw pharmacies. You will transform how Canadians view, access and experience pharmacy services, balancing strategy and execution of programs, and working collaboratively with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Provide leadership across strategic initiatives across pharmacy services to meet key objectives
• Identify new ways to grow customer base, utilizing market insights, planning consumer campaigns, and leveraging retail stores, websites, and other customer-facing channels
• Oversee enablement of pharmacy scope of practice and reimbursement, ensuring adherence to provincial guidelines and regulations
• Lead advocacy for scope and funding expansion through collaboration with Professional and Government Affairs teams
• Develop a multi-year roadmap for scope & reimbursement expansion plan with scenario analysis to ensure organizational readiness
