Requirements

• Reporting to the Senior Director, Pharmacy Operations Western Canada
• Liaising with associates, pharmacy teams, and district managers
• Analyzing pharmacy count, sales, and margins to monitor financial success
• Developing and communicating action plans to implement corporate pharmacy initiatives
• Maintaining current knowledge of pharmacy operating guidelines and monitoring changes to legislation
• Providing a smooth and successful transition of associates and store transfers
• Identifying and developing potential associates and providing proposals for advancement
