Job Description
The Manager of Distribution and Co-packing will utilize warehousing, delivery, and co-packing expertise in a distribution center operation. Lead, develop and motivate a talented team to manage all challenges in warehousing and co-packing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Package Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years’ experience in distribution or manufacturing operations or a related field required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse supervisory / management position, required
- Strong knowledge of co-packing and warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Previous working experience within Quality Systems such as AIB, BRC, or SQF preferred
- Experience with warehouse management software and databases
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
