We’re looking for a Support Specialist to join our team at Showpass, where we’re reigniting the joy of live experiences. As a Support Specialist, you’ll work closely with our Client Success and Support teams to provide exceptional customer support, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement. You'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional client and customer experiences.
Requirements
- Monitor and respond to customer and client inquiries via phone, live chat, and online support system
- Create and moderate documents for event and client support info
- Support client onboarding and ongoing success
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support operations
- Work collaboratively with Client Success and Support teams
- Provide feedback to improve products, site usability, and level of service
