Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in building and housing construction. The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Plan, coordinate, and manage building and housing construction projects from start to completion
- Ensure projects are executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, costs, and resource utilization to ensure efficiency and cost control
- Review and approve technical drawings, work plans, and construction methods
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Identify project risks, resolve technical challenges, and implement corrective actions
- Prepare and submit project reports, schedules, and progress updates to management
- Oversee quality assurance and health & safety compliance across project sites
