Job Description
The Maintenance & Reliability Supervisor will lead people and manage work order execution processes to increase plant equipment uptime, ensuring EHS compliance and continuous improvement. The role will direct a team of maintenance technicians, manage time and attendance, and oversee contractors.
Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering
- Process Industry Plant Operations knowledge
- Mechanical Equipment Systems knowledge
- Operational knowledge of ERP/CMMS; experience with SAP PM
