Job Description
Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a hands-on Department Supervisor to lead safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations within our Granulation Department.
Requirements
- Two or more years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or processing
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Lean or continuous improvement experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel; data analytics experience is a plus
