Director Internal Audit (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Director Internal Audit to shape the governance and audit landscape of an international innovation-driven company. The successful candidate will develop and lead the internal audit function, create a group-wide risk assessment, and design risk-based audit plans.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, finance, or a comparable qualification
• More than ten years of relevant professional experience
• Leadership role in internal audit, risk management, finance, or governance
• Strategic and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication skills
• High integrity, confidentiality, and ability to act as a trusted point of contact
