Job Description
The Quality & Safety Manager will ensure and continuously improve quality in all relevant processes to ensure customer satisfaction, compliance, and efficiency. The role is responsible for leading the development and delivery of the SICK Integrated Management System (SIMS) standards and safety program development, implementation, and policy compliance. The ideal candidate will work in the SICK, Richmond Hill Ontario office four days a week and may work remotely the other day.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, process improvement, or quality management
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, Quality Management or related field
- Professional certifications such as Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Lean Management, Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or similar certification
- WSIB (Workplace Safety & Insurance Board) Aligned JHSC (Joint Health and Safety Committee) Certified
- Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP)
- Understanding of quality assurance methodologies and process mapping
- Proficiency in data analysis, KPI tracking and reporting
- Familiarity with relevant compliance standards
