Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) | America (Player Support)

At Side, we partner with game studios to deliver exceptional player experiences. We're seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our Player Support business across North America.

Requirements

• 7+ years of b2b sales or account management experience
• 3+ years selling Player Support, Community, or LQA/QA services
• Proven success closing deals and achieving revenue targets in the gaming industry
• Deep understanding of live service operations, player lifecycle management, or outsourced service delivery
