The Customer Implementation Associate is responsible for the professional onsite implementation of our systems at the customer's location. The role involves ensuring that hardware is installed and configured correctly, software is fully set up, interfaces are connected properly, customers are operatively functional, and teams on site are trained and enabled. The goal is a smooth go-live, high initial acceptance, and a technically stable system base.
