Conflicts Staff Attorney

The Conflicts Staff Attorney will assist with reviewing, identifying, and resolving potential conflicts issues Firmwide, including new business and client matters.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor
• Admission to a bar in jurisdiction where Firm has office
• Proficiency in Boolean searching and one or more enterprise conflicts search applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
• Database Research Experience and/or experience with corporate research resources
