As Director International Business Development, you'll identify and analyze critical new business development opportunities, develop and execute capture/growth strategies, build the right team and solution, and influence stakeholders and customers to win new contracts.

- Oversee the identification and acquisition of high-value business opportunities.

- Direct the execution of comprehensive capture strategies to secure major contracts.
- Conduct high-level market assessments to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align business development strategies with organizational goals.
- Prepare and deliver strategic business proposals and presentations to executive clients.
- Analyze and report on business development performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Mentor and develop the business development team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
