The Director Programs Multi-Intelligence Sensor Development will drive strategic business operations for assigned projects, leading a team to innovate and deploy complex solutions. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and business acumen.

Requirements

• Manage a portfolio of DoD Signals Intelligence acquisition programs
• Lead strategic planning, execution, and management of aerospace and defense programs
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Oversee the execution of IRAD (Internal Research and Development) in assigned portfolio
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks
• Monitor and control program budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Present regular status updates, reports, and proposals to senior management and stakeholders
• Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms with suppliers, subcontractors, and customers
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team to foster innovation and develop new solutions
• Manage a staff of field service reps who support Navy deployed operations
