The Director Programs Multi-Intelligence Sensor Development will drive strategic business operations for assigned projects, leading a team to innovate and deploy complex solutions. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and business acumen.
Requirements
- Manage a portfolio of DoD Signals Intelligence acquisition programs
- Lead strategic planning, execution, and management of aerospace and defense programs
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Oversee the execution of IRAD (Internal Research and Development) in assigned portfolio
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks
- Monitor and control program budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Present regular status updates, reports, and proposals to senior management and stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms with suppliers, subcontractors, and customers
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team to foster innovation and develop new solutions
- Manage a staff of field service reps who support Navy deployed operations
