Proposal Manager I

The Proposal Manager I will oversee the bid submission process for cutting-edge products and services, directing proposal activities and ensuring quality and compliance with RFP specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 7+ years of experience in a related field
• Demonstrated experience leading proposal teams
• Expertise utilizing proposal management software and AI tools
• Experience with simultaneously managing multiple proposals of all sizes
• Progressive technical, proposal writing and proposal management experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to motivate and work with others
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance
