Job Description
We are seeking a Sr Supply Chain Program Manager to oversee daily operations of multiple lower-level Supply Chain Project Coordinators (SCPCs) and SCPMs, providing leadership guidance, performance management, recruiting and staffing planning. The successful candidate will develop training plans for SCPCs and SCPMs while ensuring overall supply chain performance for business units or large complex programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis Technical/Engineering concentration
- 11+ years of experience in operations or a related area
- Comprehensive experience across various phases of the product lifecycle
- Extensive knowledge of procurement processes and expert contract management principles
- Expert in Design for Supply Chain (DFSC) initiatives, with specialized proficiency in Design to Product Target Cost (DPTC) methodologies for development programs
- Extensive experience working with the Department of Defense (DoD) and Aerospace and Defense (A&D) sectors
- Ability to travel 25% to 50% of time on average, with extensive travel from time to time
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance
