Job Description
Join Sierra Space as a Sr Manager, Procurement to lead a team of buyers and develop the supply base to support Sierra Space programs. As a key leader, you will define and improve the supply chain to ensure production schedules and delivery requirements are met. You will also lead supply chain innovation and efficiency throughout the Business Area and collaborate with departments to support the company's vision.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, finance, or other related discipline and typically eight (8) years or more of relevant experience; higher education may substitute for relevant experience
- Experience leading, managing, and growing teams
- Background in manufacturing timelines and requirements
- Ability to read and understand technical requirements
- Excellent negotiations skills
