The Talent Acquisition Partner III leads and executes advanced recruitment strategies to attract top talent, collaborates with business leaders and talent acquisition managers, and ensures a superior candidate experience.

Requirements

• Leading and executing advanced recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Collaborating with business leaders and talent acquisition managers to drive recruitment strategy
• Proactively managing talent pipelines and ensuring a superior candidate experience
• Mentoring junior team members and utilizing data to influence recruitment decisions
• Developing and implementing advanced recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates
• Sourcing talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Conducting in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for open positions
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Providing regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines
• Preparing job descriptions and postings in collaboration with hiring managers
• Participating in career fairs and recruitment events to promote the company
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication
