- Leading and executing advanced recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Collaborating with business leaders and talent acquisition managers to drive recruitment strategy
- Proactively managing talent pipelines and ensuring a superior candidate experience
- Mentoring junior team members and utilizing data to influence recruitment decisions
- Developing and implementing advanced recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates
- Sourcing talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conducting in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for open positions
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Providing regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines
- Preparing job descriptions and postings in collaboration with hiring managers
- Participating in career fairs and recruitment events to promote the company
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication
