Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2+ years of related experience
• Recruiting knowledge and basic understanding of business groups operations
• Ability to correlate manager recruiting needs into sourcing an effective talent pipeline
• Experience using social media networks to look for and connect with potential candidates
