Job Description
We are seeking a GTM Operations Analyst to support the business of Agent Development at Sierra. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy and operations at top-tier technology companies. The role will involve supporting the business with operational rigor, building internal tooling with AI, and driving account expansion strategy.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy and operations at top-tier technology companies
- Strong analytical rigor with the ability to work with large datasets
- Demonstrated experience supporting sales, post-sales, or commercial teams in a strategy and operations capacity
- Commercial instinct and business judgment
- Strong communication skills
