Job Description
Sierra is building a platform to help businesses use AI, focusing on security, reliability, and scalability. They are seeking a Software Engineer, Infrastructure to design, build, and maintain the core systems that enable their AI platform. The role involves cloud infrastructure management, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment processes.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with 5–7+ years of hands-on development experience.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred).
- Experience with CI/CD systems, release management, and container orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry, etc.).
- Experience in incident response and operating distributed systems in production.
