Job Description
As a Commercial Account Executive (CAE) Manager at Sigma Computing, you’ll lead a team of high-energy reps focused on delivering outstanding results in the EMEA region. You’ll mentor and coach your team to excel in a velocity sales environment, partnering with customers and internal stakeholders to drive growth and expand Sigma’s footprint.
Requirements
- Experience in managing a successful commercial sales team in a B2B SaaS/software company
- Experience in a velocity B2B SaaS sales role with proven results
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a hands-on approach
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
