Director, GTM Architecture

We are looking for a Director, GTM Architecture to lead the technical design, integration logic, and data integrity of our revenue engine. The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience in GTM Systems, Revenue Architecture, or Sales/Revenue Operations Technology, and expertise in Salesforce, data warehouse, and automation workflows. They will own the technical vision and translate it into systems, integrations, and automation that power every stage of our revenue motion.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in GTM Systems, Revenue Architecture, or Sales/Revenue Operations Technology
• Deep, hands-on expertise in Salesforce at an Admin or Architect level
• Strong experience designing enrichment and outbound automation workflows
• Hands-on experience deploying LLM-powered automation and AI-native tools in a GTM context
• Proficiency with modern BI tools (Sigma strongly preferred)
• Ability to partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, Data, and Engineering leaders
• Proven experience managing and developing a team of technical professionals
