As a Technical Recruiter at Sigma, you will partner with engineering leadership and the recruiting team to identify and engage high caliber engineering professionals. You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for all open positions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years experience as a technical recruiter in the software technology industry
- Demonstrated success in engineering recruiting at top-tier technology companies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled at partnering with external and internal recruiters to drive outstanding results
- Experience identifying, engaging and recruiting passive candidates
- Passionate about creating a great candidate experience
- Experience with recruiting platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems like Greenhouse
- Startup experience preferred
