We're building the product and the team that builds the product. As a Technical Recruiter on our Talent team, you'll own the full recruiting lifecycle for engineering roles, partnering directly with engineering leaders to hire the people who will shape Sigma's next chapter.
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in the software industry
- A track record of hiring strong engineers at companies with a high bar
- Experience finding and engaging candidates who aren't looking, and getting them interested
- Ability to partner with engineering leaders as a peer, not just a scheduler
- Clear communication: you give candidates honest timelines and hiring managers accurate pipeline data
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
