Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a minimum of 5 years in-house at a tech company
• Demonstrated experience recruiting software engineers across a range of disciplines
• Prior experience at early-stage startups
• Strong technical literacy
• Proven track record of filling hard-to-hire senior engineering roles through creative, proactive sourcing
• Experience working autonomously without a large TA team or recruiting infrastructure
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools
