Job Description
The Clinical Director is responsible for providing day-to-day clinical leadership and oversight of all patient care services within the hospital.
Requirements
- MBBS or MBChB degree.
- Fellowship qualification (FWACS, FWACP, or equivalent).
- Current Annual Practicing Licence with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
- Minimum of 7 years post-fellowship clinical experience.
- At least 3 years in a senior medical leadership or hospital administrative role.
- Proven experience in clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety.
- Experience in budget planning and resource management.
- Prior experience within the private healthcare sector is required.
