Job Description
The Medical Director will provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership across all medical and clinical services of the hospital. The role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while driving clinical governance, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Fellowship qualification from a recognized medical college
- Full registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria
- Minimum of 7 years post-fellowship clinical experience
- At least 3 years in a senior medical leadership or hospital administrative role
- Proven experience in clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety
- Demonstrated experience in budget planning, financial management, and resource optimization
- Prior experience within the private healthcare sector
