Country Manager – Nigeria

The Country Manager, Nigeria is responsible for building, leading, and scaling our company's operations across enterprise digital infrastructure, financial technology, insurtech solutions, cloud services, and enterprise automation in Nigeria. This revenue-focused role owns Nigeria's P&L and is accountable for Zoho software sales & implementation, core banking, digital lending, cards, and fintech platforms, insurtech solutions, cloud solutions with emphasis on Microsoft Azure, enterprise automation, data & analytics, and hardware & managed services.

Requirements

• 15-19+ years in senior leadership and enterprise sales roles
• Proven experience selling enterprise software (Zoho or similar), banking & fintech platforms, insurtech solutions, and cloud services (Microsoft Azure)
• Demonstrated success closing large enterprise/public-sector deals (₦100M+)
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and complex sales cycles
• Strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, bank & insurance executives, government decision-makers, and heads of IT, HR, Finance, and Procurement
• Enterprise solution selling & deal structuring
• Strategic thinking & execution
• Financial and commercial acumen

• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
