Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead customer relationships, drive adoption, and realize value from our AI-powered procurement platform. As the primary point of contact, you will own customer relationships, lead onboarding, and drive expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS or marketplace models
- Excellent communication skills with healthcare and procurement stakeholders
- Data-driven approach to demonstrating customer value
- Strong problem-solving skills with proactive customer engagement
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Experience building processes from scratch in fast-paced environments
