Requirements
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, operations, or administration
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital tools
- Strong communication and people management skills
