The Team Lead, Sales (Financial Sector) will be responsible for driving the company's sales and business development activities within Lagos and its environs. The ideal candidate is a proactive and strategic sales leader with proven experience in ICT, telecoms, or banking sales, capable of delivering revenue growth, leading high-performing teams, and strengthening client relationships.

- Build and sustain strong client relationships through effective communication and customer service excellence.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales & Marketing to drive consistent lead generation and market penetration.
- Prepare and present accurate cost analyses, quotations, and proposals to prospective clients.
- Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Support the Head of Sales & Marketing in developing and executing annual business and resource plans.
- Ensure proper utilization of CRM tools and digital platforms for lead management and sales tracking.
- Train, coach, and guide sales representatives to enhance performance and maintain compliance with company standards.
- Work closely with the technical and IT teams to resolve client issues and provide tailored solutions.
- Uphold the company's core values by ensuring adherence to ethical standards and the Code of Conduct.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Chief of Business or management.
