Job Description
We're looking for an Account Manager to join us here at Sign In App, part of Sign In Solutions. In this role, you'll own revenue growth across your book of business, carrying a quota and being directly accountable for expansion and upsell targets. You'll take a consultative, solution-selling approach - understanding your customers' challenges and positioning the right solutions to help them succeed.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Danish (both written and verbal) is essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Previous SaaS experience is required
- 3+ years in a client facing, high-tech B2B, account management or renewal management role preferred
- Proven track record of quota attainment
- Ability to interact with a customer’s executives and demonstrate strategic understanding of business needs
- Hands-on experience with CRM software products (Salesforce.com preferred)
- Ability to think critically and analytically
- Outstanding listening skills with the ability to translate client communications into solutions
- Strong organizational skills, highly detail oriented, motivated to document process
- Ability to multitask/ in a SUPER fast paced environment
- Willingness and passion to learn new skills
- Desired/ Preferable previous Software as a Service (SaaS) experience
