As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be the first and last impression for our guests, providing exceptional service and creating memorable moments. You will work in a dynamic, hands-on environment, often near active aircraft and ground service equipment, requiring flexibility to work varied schedules and the ability to operate in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Requirements
- Meet and greet guests and crews, provide a warm and friendly greeting, and escort them to the front entrance, aircraft, or vehicles
- Collaborate and work closely with all team members, guests, and visitors to ensure services are promptly and correctly handled
- Accurately receive, dispatch, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions
- Provide concierge services, manage guest inquiries, and resolve requests
- Maintain a working knowledge of Signature's facilities, services, and surrounding areas
- Monitor arriving and departing flights, communicate with aircraft, and coordinate services
- Maintain and stock amenities in guest areas, ensure cleanliness, and promote and sell the Company's services and products
- Assist crews and guests with luggage, provide transportation, and fulfill special requests
- Identify crewmembers, passengers, visitors, and vendors in accordance with security procedures
- Report concerns, abide by emergency response procedures, and understand and comply with security protocols
