Job Description
As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be the first and last impression for our guests, creating exceptional moments with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. You will work in a fast-paced setting, delivering thoughtful service and being part of a high-end hospitality team.
Requirements
- Meet and greet guests and crews as they arrive at our facility and provide a warm, friendly greeting
- Effectively collaborate, cooperate, and work closely with all team members, guests, and other visitors
- Accurately receive, dispatch, and completely process guest purchases and fuel transactions
- Manage guest, crew, and/or visitor inquiries and resolve requests
- Maintain a working knowledge of Signature’s facilities, services, website, surrounding areas, and other information commonly asked about by guests
