As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be the first and last impression for our guests, providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering thoughtful service in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Meet and greet guests and crews
- Effectively collaborate with team members and guests
- Accurately receive and process guest purchases and fuel transactions
- Provide concierge services and manage guest inquiries
- Maintain a working knowledge of Signature's facilities and services
- Monitor arriving and departing flights and communicate with aircraft
- Maintain and stock amenities in guest areas
- Promote and sell the Company's services and products
- Assist crews and guests with luggage and provide transportation
- Identify crewmembers and passengers in accordance with security procedures
- Report concerns to the appropriate manager
- Create accurate records and use the Company contact management system
