Job Description
Signet Jewelers is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruiting for IT, Digital, and Marketing roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and closing top talent across the enterprise, and will partner with technology leaders to shape hiring strategies and drive decision velocity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on IT, digital, or technical roles
- Proven track record of hiring across technical domains (e.g., engineering, product, data, cybersecurity, eCommerce)
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience advising senior leaders
- Experience sourcing passive talent using modern tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn)
- Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
