IT Asset Management Lead (TANTUS)

The IT Asset Management Lead will oversee the full lifecycle of DFC's hardware, software, and mobile assets to ensure accountability, accuracy, and compliance across the enterprise. This role will coordinate closely with infrastructure, service desk, procurement, and security teams to maintain transparency, reduce risk, and support informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Familiarity with ITAM frameworks (e.g., ITIL, ISO 19770).
• Ability to track and manage hardware, software, licensing, warranties, and inventory accuracy.
• Able to maintain clean, accurate asset databases (CMDB, AMDB, or equivalent).
• Ability to design, implement, and enforce standardized ITAM procedures.
• Strong understanding of audit readiness, documentation requirements, and data integrity controls.
• Experience maintaining chain-of-custody and inventory compliance.
