Job Description
We’re seeking a seasoned Accounts Receivable Manager to own end-to-end AR for SILA’s Shared Services, leading a team of AR specialists and championing process improvements.
Requirements
- Accounting, Finance or related field
- 7+ years in AR or credit management
- Minimum 3 years supervising a team
- Expertise in Sage Intacct or similar ERP AR modules
- Excel & reporting skills
- Highly organized multi-tasker
- Proactive, initiative-driven problem solver
- Strong communicator
