AR Manager

At Zotec Partners, we're seeking an AR Manager to join our team and help manage accounts receivable for our revenue cycle management clients. As an AR Manager, you'll be responsible for supervising the AR team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of claims and denials, and meeting client deadlines and expectations.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of billing and accounts receivable in a healthcare environment
• Previous management experience leading teams
• Experience managing remote employees
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Experience managing Medicare, Medicaid, and Third-Party billing
• Urgent Care or Telehealth experience helpful
• Experience holding responsibility for an Aged Trial Balance (ATB) or Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and delegate appropriately
• Proficient MS Office skills
• Attentive to detail
• Excellent written communications and organizational skills
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible mentality; willing and capable of performing varied tasks and adapting to change
• Must be energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated with the entrepreneurial spirit
• Able to work in a team environment
• Professionally exercises discretion and independent judgment in day-to-day work
