Job Description
Silfab Solar is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure the quality control of products and processes for their solar modules and manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering, excellent communication skills, and experience in a high-volume, high-tech manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Develop processes, test procedures, and implement systems to ensure quality standards are met
- Monitor and suggest improvements to quality controls and Standard Work Instructions (SWIs)
- Support and train Quality Technicians, Lead Hands, and Production Operators on SWIs and quality issues
