Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor - Manufacturing | Silgan Closures is hiring a Production Supervisor in Richmond, IN to support and manage employees at our fast-paced manufacturing facility. The Production Supervisor will have a specific understanding of Silgan’s safety and manufacturing policies to effectively serve as a leader and resource for all employees.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of a High School or equivalent education.
• Skilled trades experience (machinist, mechanic, millwright, tool and die, electrician) or engineering experience is highly desirable.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a production supervisory capacity desirable.
