Job Description
Join our team as a Recreational Therapist (CTRS) at Silver Oaks Behavioral Hospital. We're seeking a dedicated professional to positively impact the mental well-being of individuals. As a Recreational Therapist, you'll be responsible for observing and applying sound judgment to patients' physical and mental conditions, documenting and communicating changes, and planning and implementing activity therapy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Art Therapy (B.C.A.T.), Recreational Therapy (C.T.R.S.), Dance Movement Therapy (D.M.T) or related educational equivalence
- One (1) year of related experience, with knowledge of psychiatric patient care techniques with understanding of mental illness, preferred
- Additional Requirements: May be required to work overtime and flexible hours
